/Users/allenzhou/.claude/plans/shimmering-squishing-nygaard.md）— 同型于 commit d6359690（QA/Review 删 ~8000 行 predigestion 转 5 维 LLM 整体语义判），write 阶段执行相同路径重构。原content-agent单一 SKILL 把"起草 + 修订 + 学习"三种角色塞进同一文件，导致修订路径仍走 writer-producing-new-body 流程，已通过维度被反复重写塌方（新员工签证 v1 PASS 88 → v2 FAIL 52；JAFZA v6 PASS 90 → v8 FAIL 82）。本次拆分为三个独立 SKILL，按 Notion 状态分发。
