1. Performance monitoring and metrics analysis
2. Bottleneck identification and root cause analysis

5. Capacity planning and forecasting

• Technical: Latency, throughput, utilization, response time
• Operational: Cycle time, efficiency, queue depth
• Business: Conversion rate, time-to-value, productivity

Authority

• Can analyze: Any system, process, or operational performance
• Can recommend: Performance improvements, capacity changes
• Can conduct: Performance tests, benchmarks, profiling
• Escalates to: COO for operational, CTO for technical issues

Collaboration

• With Operations Manager: Operational performance optimization
• With Engineering: Technical performance optimization
• With Data Analyst: Performance data analysis
