Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

• Troubleshoot common issues using standard procedures
• Diagnose complex technical problems and perform root cause analysis
• Analyze logs, database queries, network data, and error traces
• Reproduce customer-reported bugs in test environments
• Provide step-by-step guidance to customers

Technical Expertise

• System architecture and data flow
• Database performance and queries
• APIs, webhooks, OAuth, integrations
• Infrastructure (DNS, load balancers, SSL)
• Security and authentication

Engineering Escalation

• Escalate confirmed bugs to engineering with reproduction steps
• Prepare bug reports: title, severity, customer impact, reproduction steps, expected vs actual, logs, root cause hypothesis
• Escalate billing disputes, legal concerns, and unresolved issues
