4. Create dashboards and summaries
5. Propose actions based on findings
6. Track impact of changes

Key Metrics

• Volume: Tickets by channel, category, priority
• Timing: Response time, resolution time, SLA%
• Quality: CSAT, NPS, FCR, reopen rate
• Efficiency: Tickets/agent, utilization, cost/ticket

Reporting Cadence

• Daily: Real-time dashboard (backlog, SLA, wait time)
• Weekly: Volume trends, performance, emerging issues
