Materialize Board Brief

Core Goal

• Materialize one round's board state into a concise markdown brief.
• Surface active hypotheses, open challenges, active tasks, and open board item counts.
• Provide a human-readable export for moderator review without carrying canonical judgement.

Triggering Conditions

• Need a concise board brief after the board has been organized.
• Need a durable summary for human review.
• Need to inspect open tasks and remaining risks without re-reading raw board JSON.

Read/Write Contract

• Reads run_dir/board/investigation_board.json by default.
• Syncs the round into the run-local deliberation plane and prefers that state for the brief.
• Optionally reads run_dir/board/board_state_summary_<round_id>.json as a compatible advisory fallback.
• Writes run_dir/board/board_brief_<round_id>.md by default.
