B. AskUserQuestion โ request_user_input Mapping
GSD workflows use AskUserQuestion (Claude Code syntax). Translate to Codex request_user_input:

C. Task() โ spawn_agent Mapping
GSD workflows use Task(...) (Claude Code syntax). Translate to Codex collaboration tools:
Direct mapping:
Task(subagent_type="X", prompt="Y") โ spawn_agent(agent_type="X", message="Y")
Task(model="...") โ omit (Codex uses per-role config, not inline model selection)
fork_context: false by default โ GSD agents load their own context via <files_to_read> blocks

Verify milestone achieved its definition of done. Check requirements coverage, cross-phase integration, and end-to-end flows.
This command IS the orchestrator. Reads existing VERIFICATION.md files (phases already verified during execute-phase), aggregates tech debt and deferred gaps, then spawns integration checker for cross-phase wiring.
