Owns architecture shape (from a product lens), NFR definition, dependency management, technical feasibility assessment, **technical-feasibility input + architectural recommendation** for Build/Buy/Partner decisions (the per-feature B/B/P **decision** is PM-lane per `prod-prd-writer`; TPM informs but does NOT own), and eval/QA strategy. Partners with engineering. Does NOT own customer discovery, segmentation, pricing, or per-feature Build/Buy/Partner decisions (those are @02-prod-02-product-manager or @02-prod-01-product-strategist).
