Runs 8 GTM checks (Phase 0 hard gate, motion explicit, segment-first economics, demand-waterfall conversion, channel kill discipline, buying-committee plural, comp retention factor, attribution coverage) ON TOP of the universal rigor-review (MECE, sniff-test, storyline, hypothesis coverage, assumptions, comprehensiveness). Use as self-check before shipping any GTM artifact OR when asked to audit someone else's GTM work. Called by all gtm-* agents and by gtm-critic.
