Hiring a Community Manager
What to Look For
Must-haves:
- Genuine empathy and people skills
- Strong written communication
- Self-starter who doesn't need constant direction
- Comfort with ambiguity (community is never "done")

Nice-to-haves:

- Data literacy (can pull and interpret metrics)
