Parameters:

• -border 1 — thin gray border
• -shadow 80x8+4+4 — 80% opacity, 8px blur, 4px offset

Create GIF from Video

ffmpeg -ss 0:44 -to 0:54 -i input.mp4 \

  -loop 0 output.gif

Parameters:

• -ss 0:44 -to 0:54 — start/end timestamps
• fps=10 — frames per second
• scale=800:-1 — width 800px, auto height
