Render technical documents (PRD, ADR/RFC, execution plan, system architecture, design doc, postmortem, roadmap, research report, spec) into polished single-file HTML — from a `.md` source, or directly without one. Trigger when the user wants HTML for any of these doc types, including phrasings like "render as html", "把这份 md 做成 html", or tracking AI-assisted work progress visually.

Use ONLY when the user explicitly asks for 古法编程 mode. Slow-path Build mode that replaces normal AI code-drop: forces line-by-line principle questioning (default) or human transcription before code lands. Optional TDD rhythm (test-first → red → impl → green) auto-routed by content type, opt-out by user. Reads an existing plan file when present, hands off to /finalize when done. Do NOT auto-invoke.
