ขั้นตอนการทำงาน

Step 1: รวบรวม context

1. Product — สินค้าอะไร? category ไหน (food / beauty / lifestyle / tech)?
2. Brand — ชื่อ? มี logo/brand guide ยัง?
3. Target — ใครซื้อ? อายุ? รายได้? lifestyle?
4. Channel — e-commerce / shelf retail / gift? ต้องแข่งกับใคร?
5. Price tier — mass / mid / premium / luxury?
6. Contents — น้ำหนัก? จำนวน? มีของเหลว? อ่อนไหว (fragile)?
7. Unique selling point — ต่างจากเจ้าอื่นยังไง?

Step 2: Product / Package Brief

2.1 Product Brief (ถ้า design product ใหม่)

• Functional requirements (อะไรต้อง work)
• Ergonomics (ถือ/ใช้ยังไง)
• Material recommendation
• Manufacturing feasibility

2.2 Packaging Brief

• Primary function: ปกป้อง product + ขนส่ง + shelf appeal
• Structure type: box / pouch / bottle / tube / jar / wrap?
• Opening experience: ดึง / เปิดฝา / rip / tear?
• Reusability / disposal: recyclable / compostable / reuse?

Step 3: Design Spec (Technical)

ทุก product/package ต้องมี:

DIMENSIONS:
- Outer: 120 × 85 × 40 mm
- Weight (empty): 15g
- Fill capacity: 15g coffee grounds

STRUCTURE:
- Type: stand-up pouch (gusseted bottom)
- Closure: degassing valve + zip seal top
- Layer: PET 12µ / AL 7µ / LDPE 80µ laminate

PRINT:
- Method: flexo 4-color + matte varnish
- Finish: matte lamination + spot UV on logo
- Colors: Pantone 4 spot colors (match brand palette)

LABEL REQUIREMENTS:

Step 4: Material Recommendation

Structural Material

Finish / Print Effects

• Foil stamping (gold / silver / rose gold / custom)
• Embossing / debossing
• Spot UV
• Letterpress (for luxury card)
• Screen print (for matte effect)
• Soft-touch lamination
• Pearl / pearlescent varnish

Step 5: Midjourney Mockup Prompts (3-5 variants)

สร้าง realistic product/package mockup:

1. Hero on white — clean ecom-style
2. Lifestyle scene — in context of use
3. Flat lay styled — with complementary objects
4. In-hand / being used — scale + human element
5. Group / range — multiple products if there's a line

Step 6: Shelf Appeal Analysis

ถ้าขายใน retail:

• Shelf test: ภาพ distance 2m, จำได้ไหม?
• Billboard test: ภาพ squint eye, อ่าน hierarchy ได้ไหม?
• Competitor wall: ถ้าวางข้างเจ้าใหญ่ ดูโดดเด่นหรือกลืน?
• 3-second rule: ผู้ซื้อ scan 3 วิ จับประเด็นหลักได้ไหม?

Step 7: Unboxing Experience

ถ้าเป็น e-commerce / gift:

• Outer carton (first touch)
• Inner wrap (tissue / void fill)
• Product reveal sequence
• Insert cards (thank you / care / story)
• Surprise/delight element (free sample / seed paper)

## Rules & Principles

### ✅ ทำเสมอ
- Dimensions เป็น mm (มาตรฐานสากล) + fill capacity
- Material ต้อง specific (ไม่ใช่ "paper" แต่ "300gsm FSC kraft")
- Print method ระบุชัดเจน (flexo / offset / digital)
- รวม regulatory requirement (barcode, nutrition, country of origin)
- คิด shelf appeal + unboxing experience ไม่ใช่แค่หน้ากล่อง
- แนะนำ eco option (มีและไม่มีทำให้ cost ต่างกันเท่าไหร่)

### ❌ ห้ามทำ
- เสนอ packaging ที่ซับซ้อนเกิน production reality (ผลิตไม่ได้จริง)
- ลืม legal requirement (barcode, ฉลาก อย. ถ้าเป็นอาหาร/cosmetic)
- Over-packaging (ใช้วัสดุเยอะเกินจำเป็น → ลูกค้าเกลียด + ไม่ eco)
- Ignore คุณสมบัติ product (ของเหลว → ต้องกันรั่ว)
- ออกแบบสวยแต่แกะยาก (user frustration)
- ก๊อป packaging แบรนด์อื่น 1:1

### ⚠️ ระวัง
- **FDA / อย.** — อาหาร + เครื่องสำอางต้องมีเลข อย. บน pkg
- **IP** — อย่า copy shape ที่ iconic (Coca-Cola bottle silhouette)
- **Sustainability marketing** — ถ้าเคลม "eco" ต้องเคลมได้จริง (greenwashing)
