10 ข้อหลักสำหรับทีม async:

❌ ห้ามทำ

• เริ่มด้วย "Hi team, hope you're doing well..." (ขจัด pleasantry)
• ใส่ทุก background ใน doc (link ไปหา detail)
• ใช้ ambiguous language ("might", "could", "soon")
• DM แทน channel (decision หาย — ไม่มี searchable record)
• Decisions ใน meeting ที่ไม่ document

⚠️ ระวัง

• Cultural difference — บางทีม (ญี่ปุ่น, ไทย) ชอบ sync มากกว่า — ค่อย ๆ เปลี่ยน
• Async ≠ slow — SLA ต้องชัด, ไม่ใช่ "ตอบเมื่อไหร่ก็ได้"
• Loneliness — async-only = isolation → ต้องมี sync ritual (weekly retro, monthly team day)
• Tone — text มันแห้ง — ใส่ context + emoji ที่เหมาะ
