Run a targeted bias audit against your Marlee motivational profile (getmarlee.com). Works standalone (full audit of current context) or with a specific topic.
When the user invokes /bias [optional: topic or decision], run through all steps.
Read Context/Memory/bias.md. If the file is missing or empty, run the Setup Flow below instead of the audit.
Tell the user:
No Marlee profile found. I need your motivational dimensions to run bias checks.
- Go to getmarlee.com and sign in
- Navigate to People → Me (your profile)
- Click All Motivations to see the bubble grid
- Make sure all dimension categories are selected (Action Level, Action Direction, Authority, Task Direction, Scope, Communication, Environment, Responsibility, Change, Work Approach, Time) — click each filter pill or select-all
- Scroll to see all bubbles, then take screenshots of the complete grid (you may need 2 screenshots to capture everything)
- Paste the screenshot(s) here
I'll extract your scores and set up your profile automatically.
When the user provides screenshot(s):
Context/Memory/bias.md using the Profile Template belowUse the template structure from the existing Context/Memory/bias.md — three sections:
For deriving biases, look for these patterns:
Read Context/Memory/bias.md — load all bias patterns from Section C.
If a topic was provided with the command (e.g., /bias should I start a new research track):
If no topic was provided:
Tasks/ for active and started tasksGOALS.md for current prioritiesFor each bias pattern in Section C, check whether it is present in the subject:
| Bias | Active? | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| [pattern name] | Y/N | [specific signal if Y] |
Only show rows where Active = Y, unless no biases are detected (then say so clearly).
For each active bias, provide one concrete countermove — a specific next action that directly addresses the pattern. No generic advice.
Examples:
One line: how many patterns are active, which is highest priority to address.
Lead with the table (active biases only). Follow with countermoves. Close with the one-line summary. Keep it under one screen.
Prepare for a 1:1 — pull context from goals, meeting notes, Slack, and tasks to generate talking points
Auto-generate or update description, type, topics, aliases, and graph-backed relationship fields for a file.
Build a focused plan for today based on goals, tasks, and recent activity. Reads from the weekly plan if it exists and updates it.
Check system health — metadata gaps, graph integrity, alias sync, and referential integrity.
Weekly review + compound learnings — review progress, surface blockers, distill insights into Memory
Cross-initiative alignment checker — surfaces misalignment, gaps, duplication, dependency risks, and synergy opportunities across active initiatives in the company and your groups roadmap. Complementary to /pulse (broad discovery); /align focuses on whether your initiatives are pulling in the same direction and have synergies with other company groups. Run ad-hoc or before key decisions.
