Run:
node .\plugins\codex-voltagent-default\scripts\enable.mjs --config <path-to-client-config.json> --workspace <workspace-root>
This updates the config in place, sets runtime.mode to voltagent-default,
and adds the workspace root to runtime.trustedWorkspaceRoots.
