| description | Weekly reflection to capture learnings and plan ahead |
A guided weekly reflection. Captures what you learned, what worked, and what's next.
"Let's do your weekly review. This takes about 10 minutes.
I'll ask you a few questions, capture the key insights, and help you plan next week.
Ready?"
Ask:
"What were the highlights of this week? What went well?"
Then:
"What was frustrating or didn't go as planned?"
Then:
"What did you learn this week — any insights or realizations?"
If knowledge/me/about.md has goals, reference them:
"Looking at your goals:
- [Goal 1]
- [Goal 2]
How did this week move you toward these?"
If no goals exist:
"What were you trying to accomplish this week? Did you make progress?"
For each learning mentioned, ask:
"Can you give me the short version I should remember? Something like 'I learned that X because Y.'"
These become entries in knowledge/lived-experiences/.
Ask:
"What's the ONE thing that would make next week a success?"
Then:
"What might get in the way? How can you prevent that?"
Then:
"Any tasks or commitments you need to remember?"
