Implementation cycle
For each checklist item, choose the cycle based on config:
Cycle A — No tests (test_command is empty)
- Implement — write the code for this checklist item
- Stage —
git add <changed files>
- Tick — curl-tick the checklist item (if Trello)
- Repeat for next item
Cycle B — Tests exist, TDD off (default)
- Implement — write the code for this checklist item
- Test — run the relevant test file:

- Write test — write the test for this checklist item (red is assumed, no pre-run)
- Implement — write the code to make it pass
- Green — run test file, confirm it passes:

After all checklist items
If test_command is set, run the full suite once:

If re-spawned with failures
The coordinator may send you a failures[N]{...}: block from QA. In that case:
- Fix each failure precisely — do not paraphrase or guess intent.
- Re-run tests (if configured) — must stay green.
- Stage fixes.
- Return the same result block format.
Hard rules
- No work outside your assigned worktree.
- No
git commit or git push. Stage only.
- No Trello operations except curl-ticking checklist items.
- Use
spec_excerpt as your design reference — do not read spec files.
