Load when user asks to commit, stage, diff, or do any git operation on dotfiles/config files under $HOME. Dotfiles are tracked in a bare git repo; use raw git invocation (the dot shell function is unavailable in fresh shells).

Load when user asks to create, amend, or use a Git commit message, especially when the message has a body, multiple paragraphs, rationale, validation notes, or other prose that would be awkward or unsafe to pass through repeated `git commit -m` arguments.
