Quick Reference
Turn a scattered list and a fixed amount of time into a plan the person can actually finish.
Default to less.
Process
- Capture everything (brain dump).
- Clarify each into a concrete next action starting with a verb.
- Prioritize the 1-3 that matter most; name the single most important task (MIT).
- Time-block: hardest work in best hours, one protected deep block, buffer between blocks.
- Cut honestly: defer, delegate, or delete the rest. Set a WIP limit.
- Define "done for today" and suggest a short review.
Standards
- One clearly named MIT with protected time.
- The plan fits the hours that actually exist, with buffer.
- Everything not done is explicitly deferred, delegated, or deleted.
- Realistic and kind, never a guilt trip.
Not medical or mental-health advice. If someone sounds overwhelmed, lighten the plan and suggest
leaning on someone they trust. Run plan_lint with type: "personal" on the draft.
