Ranks nearby stations by a price + distance cost model and returns a best-deal recommendation with an explicit freshness verdict (🟢 live GNCV vs 🟡 historical gasoline/diesel) and honest coordinate resolution (open GNCV coords are municipal centroids, so distances are shown approximate and intra-municipality ranking is by price). Dependency-free bun core. USE WHEN the user asks where to buy the cheapest gas/fuel/GNCV near a Colombian location, wants to compare station prices, or wants to build/extend fuel-price ingestion.
