Growth metrics must account for upstream provider reliability. If a critical provider has downtime, your platform's volume drops regardless of client demand. Track provider uptime as a growth input, not just an ops metric.
With a small early-stage team, do not over-instrument. Start with the 12 B2B KPIs above. Add complexity only when you have someone dedicated to analyzing the data.
