Guides creation and optimization of sharkmer primer panel YAML files for in silico PCR (sPCR). Use this skill whenever the user wants to build a new primer panel for a taxonomic group, add primers to an existing panel, find SRA validation samples, search for reference sequences, run the panel validator, or troubleshoot why amplicons aren't matching references.
