Workflow

1. Preserve the user's broad interest where possible.
2. Narrow the contribution to a testable, differentiable hypothesis.
3. Define baselines, datasets, metrics, ablations, failure cases, and reviewer-facing evidence.
4. Write docs/proposal/revised_idea.md, experiment_plan.md, first_4_week_plan.md, and paper_story.md.

Guardrails

• Do not synthesize a better idea before novelty and feasibility checks.
• Avoid vague framework contributions unless paired with measurable claims.
• New claims must identify the evidence needed to support them.
