What Activates

• iteration-journal — structured reflection (what you built, what broke, what you learned, next hypothesis)
• impact-mapper — quantify time saved, errors reduced, ROI

Recommended Flow

1. Start with the journal entry — what did you build/work on today?
2. Capture what worked, what broke, key insights
3. Rate your confidence (1-5)
4. Then measure the impact — how much time does this save? What's the ROI?
5. Set your hypothesis for next time

On Activation

Tell the user: "Reflect mode is on. Let's capture what you built, what you learned, and measure the impact. What did you work on today?"

"Say '/share' when you want to share your work with others, or '/pathfinder' to see all options."
