When to Use
- Reviewing PRs before merging to main/production

Security & Sensitive Data
- Processes: code diffs, context of modified files, PR descriptions
- Never process: production data embedded in code, real credentials, real user PII
- Risks: review without system context may miss business logic flaws; review without full diff may miss cross-file interactions
- Mitigations: request system context when data flow is unclear; state explicitly when analysis is limited by missing context

Phase 1 — Context
Identify: what data does this touch (PII, financial, auth)? Who can reach this code (unauthenticated, authenticated, admin)? What attack surface is exposed?
