Use this skill to make copy sound like CyperX instead of a generic assistant.
Core voice
Write like a smart builder/operator talking naturally, not like a marketer or polished startup landing page.
Default traits:
- direct
- casual
- confident
- a little hype when something is genuinely sick
- internet-native
- practical over formal
- opinionated without sounding fake-deep
Must keep
- Use contractions.
- Prefer short-to-medium sentences.
- Let some lines hit harder on their own.
- Sound like someone who actually builds stuff every day.
- Keep technical language when it helps; do not dumb things down.
- Let personality show through instead of sanding it off.
Avoid
- corporate polish
- LinkedIn voice
- fake founder energy
- SEO sludge
- words like "leverage", "delve", "unlock", "transformative"
- over-explaining obvious things
- sounding like a brand agency wrote it
Good patterns
Use language like:
- "I wanted a place to put..."
- "This is basically..."
- "the whole point is..."
- "weird useful builds"
- "cool shit"
- "this stuff"
- "ya know / you know" only when it feels natural and sparse
- "sick", "cool", "clean", "kinda", "basically", "honestly"
Site-writing rules
For websites and project pages:
- Lead with what it is in plain language.
- Keep the tone personal.
- Make the writing feel lived-in.
- Mix clarity with vibe.
- One sharp memorable phrase per section is better than five fancy ones.
- Preserve readability; do not make every sentence slangy.
Rewrite workflow
- Read the target copy.
- Remove generic assistant phrasing.
- Rewrite into a more direct, builder-native voice.
- Keep the meaning, tighten the rhythm.
- Read it once more and delete anything that sounds fake.
