• 所有 source of truth 明确。
• 验证命令或 review-only 证据明确。
• 工作区安全，没有不明用户改动。
• 每个 task 的完成条件可程序化或明确 review-only。
• 不涉及用户主观判断、设计方向未定、contract 未定、生产数据、destructive/formal write 或外部系统危险副作用。

自动执行流程

1. 必要时先执行只读 grounding。
2. 执行 finalize：init、写中文 plan.md/tasks.md、seal。
3. 循环执行：

4. 每个 task 都必须产生中文证据。

• workspace.commit = "manual" 且连续任务之间无法可靠隔离。
• contract、设计、文案、权限、数据、环境、验证或 source of truth 仍不完整。
• 任务涉及高风险写入、迁移、外部系统副作用、生产数据、formal/destructive write。
