Bausteinsicht

Checks and updates spec/architecture documentation and e2e test coverage at ticket start and at review. 'start': identifies which docs need updating for a ticket and applies the updates. 'review': verifies that docs, implementation, tests, and e2e coverage are consistent before merge.
