whether the system grows or collapses.
The Three Non-Negotiable Axes
Before any architectural commit, these three axes in the 12-axis score BLOCK
everything if too low:

The Meadows Leverage Hierarchy (most powerful first)
- Power to change the paradigm — the mental model of what the system is for
- Power to change the goals of the system
- Power to change the rules — incentives, constraints, parameters governing behavior
- Changing the structure of information flows
- Changing the structure of material flows
- Changing the gain around feedback loops
- Adding or removing feedback loops entirely
- Changing the length of delays in feedback loops
- Changing the size of buffers
- Changing the structure of material stocks and flows
- Changing constants and parameters (weakest)
Most commits cluster at LP11. That is the warning sign — you are tuning
the dials of a system whose structure is unchanged.

The Architecture Anti-Patterns (delete on sight)
- Barrel files — any
index.ts re-exporting from multiple modules
- God classes — any service with more than one domain of responsibility
- Swarm without memory — 50 agents with amnesia vs 1 agent with a graph database
- Polling loops — use event-driven subscriptions instead
- Hardcoded secrets — halt immediately if detected
- Monolithic deploy — each service must roll back independently
- Design without observation — every service must write structured logs
- Reinforcing loop without a balancing partner — amplification needs brakes
- Agent with no budget — $10/task cap, $50/day cap with circuit breaker
- System without leverage point analysis — every commit identifies its LP

Stop Conditions (non-negotiable)
- Irreversible destructive action required → halt and surface

- SEC < 8.0 → halt completely, rotate before proceeding
