Use this skill when the user wants to define what to build, refine scope, create or update backlog items, write Discovery artefacts, evaluate a pivot, or answer product strategy questions.

Activate after adding, modifying, or removing any agent, sub-agent, or specialist entry.
Implement validated GAAI OSS backlog Stories by activating the Delivery Agent and applying backlog-first delivery rules.
