Gravity L1
Gravity is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 (AptosBFT consensus + parallel EVM execution). For developers and users it behaves like Ethereum — same JSON-RPC, Solidity, wallets, and ecosystem addresses — with three protocol-native extras: a verified on-chain oracle, a canonical G token bridge from Ethereum, and safe on-chain randomness.

What you might want to do
The three native features at a glance
Native oracle (0x1625F4000) — the consensus engine writes verified external data (cross-chain events, OAuth JWKs, DNS, price feeds) on-chain. Contracts read it by (sourceType, sourceId, nonce) or register a callback. This is what the G bridge runs on.
G token bridge — lock G ERC-20 on Ethereum via GBridgeSender; native G is minted to you on Gravity after your Ethereum tx finalizes (~2 epochs, ≈13 min). One-way for now (Ethereum → Gravity; bridged G is effectively burned on Ethereum until the planned Chainlink-based return path). No extra relayer to trust.
Safe randomness — each block's block.prevrandao is a DKG/WVUF value the validator set computes collectively: unpredictable and unbiasable (no proposer grinding). 0 when disabled/unavailable.
Addresses are load-bearing. Copy hex addresses verbatim from the reference files; never abbreviate. If one is marked TBA/blocked, say so rather than inventing a value.
