• Add fairness and trust checks for vulnerable user groups.

6. Design experiment plan.

• Define hypothesis, metric, and test duration.
• Include baseline, minimum detectable effect, and stop rules.
• Prioritize low-risk, high-learning tests first.

7. Interpret and iterate.

• Evaluate outcomes against predicted mechanisms.
• Keep winners, revise inconclusive tests, and drop weak ideas.
• Document reusable learnings as playbooks.
