Update draft items on the psilink GitHub project board -- change the status, title, or body of a draft issue. Use for requests like "mark item 123456 as In Progress on the product board" or "update the title of item 789 on the release board". Wraps edit-issue.mjs so you need not hand-write its syntax.

Operate as the psilink project manager for an interactive session -- board hygiene (triage, dedupe, re-scope existing draft items), epic scoping (break a large goal into well-formed tasks), and drafting or revising tasks conversationally on the GitHub Project boards. Invoke when the user says things like "you are PM", "act as project manager", "let's clean up the board", "help me scope this epic", or "let's triage the backlog".
