Bump a pinned upstream sub-image version in docker-compose.yml (WireGuard, Traefik, Authelia, Redis, docker-socket-proxy, etc.) following Vaier's version-pin policy. Use when asked to update/upgrade a sub-image, or when checking whether sub-images are out of date.

Build the Vaier Docker image with the correct tag and deploy it to the local docker-compose stack. Use after any change to Vaier app code (Java or static resources) that needs to run in the real stack, or when asked to deploy/redeploy Vaier locally.
