This skill is for public-information due diligence on a target company when the goal is to understand whether the company is worth pursuing, how to approach it, and what commercial risks may affect cooperation.
The default stance is sales-first, not legal-first. The output should help BD, partnerships, channel teams, and account strategy teams move faster with better judgment.
This skill does not replace:
