Q1: Has user evaluated trade-offs?
- 列 3 个最大 trade-off
- 如 user message 未提任何 trade-off → ask user
Q2: Is there a better alternative?
- 列 1-3 alternatives
- 如某个明显更优 → propose alternative not yes
Q3: Does this violate a prior Guard?
- grep sprint_contract.yaml `guard:` 段
- 如 violate → flag + refuse without user override
之后再 emit response（同意 / 反对 / 提替代）。
