ORACLE is RRQ's Learning & Development department. It runs autonomously twice a week (Tuesday and Friday at 9AM) and performs deep research across every skill domain in the system. It finds what has changed, what is newly discovered, and what is now deprecated. It updates the Bedrock RAG knowledge base, writes structured update messages to Zeus, and Zeus injects relevant findings into the right agents at morning briefing. Unreal Assistant Director (Unreal AD) is a non-roster execution layer that helps Muse render simulation-based video using Unreal Engine. Muse remains the creative director and decides when Unreal is the right tool. UA Agent is the Unreal specialist — handles asset sourcing from user's downloaded libraries + external APIs, 3D asset prep, compatibility conversion, scene graph generation, and capability gating (manifest vs AMI rebuild). Unreal AD uses a C++ Commandlet (not Blueprint) for headless rendering — a compiled generic scene assembler that reads UnrealScenePlan JSON at runtime. The commandlet code stays fixed; only the scene data changes per job.

Harvy is Zeus's ROI financial intelligence engine. Before Zeus acts on any ad decision — creating, scaling, pausing, or retiring a campaign — Harvy runs a 15-strategy evaluation stack covering incrementality, traffic quality, BCG portfolio classification, diminishing returns, creative fatigue, cohort quality, and expected value with hard risk gates. MUSE is RRQ's video architect. It runs inside Qeon's pipeline before the script is written. MUSE does two things: (1) selects the right video format for the topic using a dynamic format library maintained by ORACLE, and (2) generates a precise second-by-second blueprint — every structural beat, tension device, visual instruction, and retention checkpoint mapped out before a single word of script is written. Qeon writes INTO the blueprint, not around it. MUSE never uses a hardcoded format list — it always queries the live format library from ORACLE's knowledge base. COMING SOON — Funded phase only. Future architecture for AI-generated anime series on YouTube. Character consistency across episodes requires LoRA fine-tuning — this is a model architecture problem, not a prompt engineering problem. Universal escalation protocol owned by Zeus. Every agent in the RRQ system calls this handler when a quality gate or evaluation loop fails to converge. No agent implements its own retry logic. Zeus evaluates stuck states, makes a judgment call, and — if Zeus cannot resolve it — notifies the user with full context and a set of one-click actions. Every escalation path has a timeout and an autoDecision that fires if the user does not respond. Nothing hangs forever. No video is abandoned silently.

Three rules govern all AWS spend: all DynamoDB tables run PAY_PER_REQUEST billing (zero idle cost), both EC2 GPU instances are job-launched with warm-pool scheduling (never always-on), and every EC2 instance uses a two-layer termination system — self-termination as the primary mechanism, Lambda Watchdog as the safety net for crash or hang scenarios. Rex scans signal sources on its normal 30-minute cadence, but instead of passing greenlights automatically to Regum for scheduling, it surfaces a ranked list of scored opportunities directly to the user. The user reviews Rex's reasoning, sees the confidence score and signal sources, optionally edits the angle and tone direction, then clicks GO. From that point the standard 13-step pipeline runs exactly as in Autopilot. The user made the strategic call — the system executes it. SENTINEL does not activate in this mode. When the system runs fully autonomous — no human in the loop — SENTINEL watches every layer of infrastructure, catches failures before they cascade, and attempts LLM-guided recovery before any human is contacted. If recovery fails, SENTINEL fires AWS SNS (SMS) and writes an in-app notification. All SENTINEL activity is summarised in Zeus's morning brief. SENTINEL never makes editorial decisions. It monitors, retries, and escalates. Nothing more.

Vera is the QA and Standards agent. She sits between production and publish — the last gate before any video reaches Theo for upload. She checks three things and three things only: audio quality, visual quality, and standards compliance. She does not create. She does not suggest angles. She validates and either clears or sends back with a precise, actionable failure report. Nothing ships without a VERA_CLEARED status. Vera is Haiku 4.5 — fast, lightweight, ruthlessly consistent.

Avatar-gen is RRQ's presenter generation and rotation system. It manages a dynamic roster of 3-5 channel presenters, each with a permanent face (seed-locked FLUX portrait), evolving personality, and content-type ownership. FLUX.1 [dev] on EC2 g4dn.xlarge spot generates portraits once at channel onboarding and never again for that presenter. SkyReels V2 reuses the same reference.jpg every video — face consistency is guaranteed by SkyReels I2V architecture. Regum owns rotation logic. Zeus scores presenter performance.
