Integrate the VoiceLink telephony provider into a Dograh instance from scratch — copy the provider package, apply the three wiring edits (source checkout OR Docker overlay), configure the single inbound+outbound WSS URL via BACKEND_API_ENDPOINT, set up the Settings → Telephony card, and verify end-to-end.
