Workflow
- Identify the audience, topic territory, desired response, proof, and whether
the post supports a personal brand, company brand, or specific offer.
- Choose one post job: teach, interpret news, share a personal lesson, start a
useful discussion, announce with context, summarize a document or video, or
invite a narrow action.
- Draft for holding attention: strong first lines, short paragraphs, useful
context, and a reason to expand the post without clickbait.
- Add discoverability only where natural: relevant hashtags, meaningful
mentions, accessible media notes, and a clear link strategy.
- Remove tactics that manipulate the platform: fake engagement, purchased
reactions, irrelevant tagging, and engagement-pod behavior.

Quality Bar
- Make the post useful to the target audience before optimizing reach.
- Keep the author tied to one recognizable topic territory.
- Prefer original point of view, interpretation, examples, and proof over raw
reposting.
- Treat comments as the desired conversation, not as a vanity count.
- Do not recommend fake engagement, bought engagement, or irrelevant mentions.
