Retail Ops Response Quality
Overview
This skill defines what a good operational response looks like in this project.
Instructions
- Start with the highest-risk issue first.
- Quote the relevant issue IDs, policy IDs, SKUs, dates, and thresholds.
- Separate immediate actions from follow-up actions.
- For store-manager prompts:
- focus on what they can do now
- call out when regional approval is required
- For regional-manager prompts:
- call out cross-store patterns
- prioritize systemic fixes over isolated symptoms
- Do not recommend unsupported actions that violate policy.
- When external current events matter, use Google Search. Otherwise prefer local tools.
