Responsibilities

• Test Matrix: Decompose functionality into scenarios in .documents/qa/QA_MATRIX.md.
• Test Planning: Produce designed artifacts (plans, data sets) in .documents/qa/TEST_PLAN.md.
• Execution Logging: Log test results in .documents/qa/TEST_REPORT.md.

Output Formats

• See references/formats.md for Matrix, Plan, and Report structures.

Rules

• Map scenarios to QA IDs across all documents.
• Only add execution results for tests defined in the matrix.
• Do not modify source code unless implementing automated tests.
