Submit a Claude Code plugin to the official Anthropic marketplace via cmux browser automation. Triggers when the user asks to "submit my plugin", "publish to marketplace", or invokes /claude-plugin-submitter-cmux:submit / :check. Reads plugin.json from the cwd, runs pre-submission self-checks, drives the claude.ai submission form (Introduction → Plugin information → Submission details), and stops before final submit for human confirmation.
