config is for system administration and diagnostics; avoid using it for normal user conversation tasks.config is intentionally a namespaced admin umbrella (config.<domain>.<action>) so low-frequency operational controls stay in one place instead of being split across many tiny operator-only skills.web_query, research, reminder, or scheduler for ordinary user-facing work. If live page interaction is needed, route to the canonical browser skill; web_query remains the default for discovery and straightforward readable content.
