| description | Facilitate creative ideation, product design, problem framing, and conceptual exploration. Use when generating new ideas, exploring solutions to open-ended problems, breaking creative blocks, or evaluating options from multiple perspectives. Trigger phrases: 'brainstorm', 'ideate', 'generate ideas', 'creative thinking', 'SCAMPER', 'six thinking hats', 'worst possible idea'. |
Brainstorming
Structured ideation: frame → diverge → facilitate → converge → evaluate → action plan.
Phase detail and techniques: references/phases.md.
Flow
- Frame the problem (goal, constraints, success).
- Diverge (volume techniques — SCAMPER, worst idea, etc.).
- Facilitate (no early judgment; cluster themes).
- Converge (rank, combine, kill weak ideas).
- Multi-perspective evaluate (optional hats / stakeholders).
- Action plan — top 3–5 with next experiments.
Output (minimum)
Problem statement; raw idea dump; prioritized top 3–5 with rationale; next actions. Not a PRD — hand off to requirements-driven-dev when ready to specify.
