Cause: PYTHONPATH doesn't include project root.
Fix: The coverage.sh script sets PYTHONPATH="$PROJECT_ROOT:$PYTHONPATH" automatically. For manual runs:

Fix: Install test dependencies:
pip install numpy fastembed onnxruntime
