BERDL analysis projects, in KBase brand. Pipeline: plan → throughline →
substory_design → curate_figures → citation_pool → cross_tenant → intro →
slide_compose → qa_prep → speaker_notes → image_gen → merge → adversarial
review → revise loop. Generates AI illustrations for concept_illustration
slides via CBORG (Channel A, calibrated). Reuses project figures verbatim;
validates every claim against REPORT.md. Produces speaker notes,
anticipated Q&A, citation pool, and a full audit trail. Use when a BERDL
project (REPORT.md + notebooks + RESEARCH_PLAN) needs a talk or poster
derived from the project's evidence.
