The orchestrator for an ideaverse-OS vault. Two main entry points: build (LLM-driven 5-phase identity interview) and capture (conversational source ingestion).
Trigger when the user types one of:

Every phase follows this lock-file flow:
00-agentic-OS/<file>.md to see current state.00-agentic-OS/<file>.md.lock.md with the proposed compiled content.<file>.md? [y/n]"This is the grill-then-pipeline pattern. The lock file is your safety net - users can git diff it before files materialize. See reference/lock-file-flow.md for details.

If the user invokes capture while it's still a stub, respond: "Capture is part of slice 2, not yet implemented. v1.0 ships full capture. For now, run /ideaverse-os build --phase=<phase> for any of the 5 build phases."
For domains and optional-layers: the contract documents are written and the LLM can run the interview today. The supporting asset files (per-template starter folders for domains, hook scripts for optional layers) ship in slices 4 and 5 respectively. Until those land, the LLM should compile interview answers into folder/config writes directly (using the contract guidance) rather than copying pre-built template assets.
/grill-me cadence.00-agentic-OS/<file>.md directly. Always lock-file first, confirm, then write.00-agentic-OS/compass.md. The user's current priorities filter what's relevant.<file>.md has user-written content (no [TODO] markers), MERGE rather than overwrite.
