Repository setup specialist. Ensures the repo has the correct Leanpub manuscript structure (manuscript/, Book.txt, resources/), an AGENTS.md with book context and skill routing, and GhostAI config. Run automatically when the preamble detects missing structure, or manually anytime.
Book onboarding wizard. Collaborative interview that challenges the author to think deeply about their topic, audience, and structure before scaffolding files. Pushes for specificity and earns every chapter in the outline.
The 30-second intervention. For when the author is staring at one specific spot — a paragraph that won't come, a sentence rewritten six times. Breaks the logjam and hands momentum back. Deliberately the narrowest, fastest skill.
Story miner. Pulls real stories out of the author's head and turns them into the anecdotes that make a book worth reading. Interview-driven, voice-input friendly, one question at a time.
