Backend = Express ESM + pg. Semua endpoint ada di backend/api/routes.js,
koneksi DB di backend/api/db.js, rumus domain di backend/lib/coverage.js.
v_sppg, bukan tabel sppg. v_sppg sudah difilter ke 38
