The HGI icon font is served locally (not from CDN) to avoid CORS issues.
It is used only in content markup via <i class="hgi hgi-stroke hgi-*"> — component/chrome icons use the inline mask-image tier (nds-icon nds-hgi-*) and are unaffected by this skill.
